Cancellations by a traveller
A host may select the most appropriate cancellation policy. They may choose one of three different policies:
You will be refunded the 100% of booking amount if you cancel the booking at least 24 hours before check-in.
You will be refunded 100% of booking amount if you cancel the booking at least 5 days before check-in.
You will be refunded 50% of booking amount if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before check-in.
Time is measured from the notification of cancellation to the declared date of check-in (12.00 Polish time).
In case of cancellation, fees and charges required by Flatigo are not refunded.
Cancellations by a host
According to the rules, a host is not entitled to cancel the reservation. However, in exceptional circumstances, if the host is not able to provide an accommodation accordint to the agreement, then they are obliged to inform the guest immediately and report it to Flatigo.
The host will be charged a fine in the amount of 15% of the booking value.
The guest will receive a full refund of their payment including all fees and commissions.
Flatigo will help the guest find alternative accommodation.
All complaints related to the offer must be submitted to 12:00 (Polish time) on the day following the check-in.
Cancellation of the booking is valid only after confirmation of cancellation in the e-mail from the website.
Flatigo undertakes to act as a mediator in all disputes.
Cancellations, complaints and disputes can only be processed by Flatigo. Therefore, regardless of any agreements between a host and and a guest, please send the information on the e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
